Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Artzy collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Artzy is designed for users 13 years and older.

We may collect the following types of information when you use Artzy:

Account Information

• Username

• Profile details like bio, profile picture, handle and app name

• Why? We need these for the app to function, and they are saved on our database, to give other users the ability to view your profile, and also identify you for moderating.

Content You Upload

• Photos, drawings, captions, comments

• Any other media you post inside the app. This is needed to be saved so people can view your art.

Usage Data

• Device information (model, OS version)

• IP address

• App activity (pages viewed, actions taken)

• Log data for security and performance

Cookies / Local Storage

• Used to remember your preferences and keep you logged in

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Run and improve the Artzy app

• Display your posted drawings and content

• Keep your account secure

• Communicate important updates

• Provide customer support

• Enforce community safety and prevent misuse

• Improve features and user experience

We do not use your content or personal information for anything outside of operating the app.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data.

We only share information with third-party services that help us run the app, such as:

• Hosting providers 

• Analytics tools

• Error and performance monitoring services

All third-party providers must follow privacy and security regulations.

4. Your Rights & Choices

Artzy is designed for users 13 years and older.
We encourage users to avoid sharing:

• Sensitive private details

• Harmful or inappropriate content

We may remove content that violates our safety rules.

1. Age Requirement
- Users must be 13 years or older to use Artzy
- We comply with COPPA and GDPR regulations

2. Content Moderation
- All user-generated content is monitored
- Inappropriate content is removed immediately
- Users can report concerning content via in-app reporting

3. CSAM Prevention
- Zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Automated detection systems in place
- Immediate reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
- Cooperation with law enforcement

4. Privacy Protection
- No personal information is publicly displayed without consent
- Profile pictures are optional
- Users can block and report other users

5. Reporting
- In-app report button on all content
- Reports reviewed within 100 hours
- Violators are permanently banned
